AtΒ Jhapto India, customer satisfaction is important to us.
However, due to product category (electronics), returns are accepted only under specific conditions.


πŸ“Œ Eligibility for Return or Replacement

Returns are accepted only if:

  • Product delivered is damaged

  • Wrong item received

  • Product is not working (Dead on Arrival)

πŸ“Œ Unboxing video is mandatory from the moment package is opened.
Without video proof, return/replacement request will not be accepted.


⏰ Return Request Time Limit

  • Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • After 48 hours, return or replacement request will not be accepted


🧾 Documents Required

Return request must include:

  • Order ID

  • Registered mobile number

  • Clear unboxing video

  • Picture of product and packaging

🚫 Non-Returnable Products

Following items are NOT eligible for return:

  • Used products

  • Products without original box, accessories, or seal broken

  • Physical damage after delivery

  • Battery discharge/charging duration complaints (brand specification vary)

  • Minor cosmetic scratches caused during logistics


πŸ›  Warranty Support

Some products may include manufacturer or seller warranty.
In such cases:

➑ Return/repair will be processed according to warranty terms.

Warranty claim instructions will be provided if applicable.


πŸ’° Refund Process

If your return request is approved:

  • Refund will be issued after product verification

  • Refund method: Original payment mode / Store Credit

  • Refund time: 5–10 working days

In case of COD orders: Refund will be processed to bank account/UPI.


🚚 Reverse Pickup Instructions

If eligible:

  • Courier partner will attempt reverse pickup

  • Product must be packed securely with all accessories & original box

If pickup not available in your area, you may need to courier product to our warehouse.
Return shipping charges may be reimbursed only if issue is verified.


❌ Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation allowed only before dispatch

  • Once shipped, cancellation cannot be done


⚠ Fraud / Misuse Policy

If customer attempts:

  • Fake return

  • Used product return

  • Wrong item return

We reserve the right to deny service, permanently block account, and take legal action if required.
